The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 1: Danilo Mendoza Ramirez, 20, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Jennie Avenue and charged with reckless driving.
May 31: Nicolas Gonzalez Diego, 51, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 12th Street and charged with second-degree kidnapping (additional purpose).
May 31: Johann Jeffrey Kubishta, 25, was arrested on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II.
May 31: Martin Edward Maher, 50, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 30: Angela Renee Sams, 42, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
May 29: Michael Bradley Curtis, 49, was arrested near N. First Street and E. Oregon Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
May 29: Daniel Jaime Diaz, 43, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue and charged with restraining order violation.
May 29: Luizinho Martinez Penaloza, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol, reckless driving, and driving uninsured.
May 28: Mark David Borghese, 60, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
May 28: Sabrina Andrea Archer, 46, was cited and released near W. Catherine and N.W. Spruce for felony unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I.
May 28: Sady Garrison, 28, was arrested near W. Catherine and N.W. Spruce and charged with being a fugitive and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
May 28: Brittany Ashton Abbott, 30, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with felony probation violation and second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
May 28: Daniel Jaime Diaz, 43, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue and charged with burglary I (residence) and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
May 28: Mark David Borghese, 60, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of E. Beech Avenue and charged with burglary I (residence), second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) theft from building, resisting arrest (disorderly conduct), misdemeanor failure to appear, and misdemeanor probation violation.
May 28: Robert Glenn Neider, 85, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with felony failure to appear.
May 27: Michael Ray Hoffman, 58, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue Apartment 27 and charged with strangulation (simple assault).
May 27: Jessica Lynn Cutburth, 43, was cited and released on the 300 block of S. First Street for third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
May 27: Roger Kelly Quinn, 55, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 26: Juan Carlos Ochoa, 33, was arrested near E. Main Street and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
May 26: Christopher Lee Helman, 46, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
May 26: Isaiah Ray Costello, 26, was arrested on the 1200 block of S. First Street #G1 and charged with sexual abuse I (other), strangulation (simple assault), menacing (simple assault), harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault) and tampering with a witness.
May 25: Einoel Angel Jr., 26, was arrested on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
May 25: Miguel Angel Serrano De Jesus, 27, was arrested near N. First and W. June and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
May 25: Luis Gustavo Almonte, 24, was arrested near Highway 395 and E. Main Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
May 25: Anthoni Angel Chavez Calderon, 25, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
