The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 11: Robert Allen Rhodes, 52, was arrested on the 200 block of N.E. 10th Street and charged with third-degree assault (simple assault).
June 10: Victoria Landeros, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 10: Priscella Gloria Lee Coleman, 21, was arrested on a warrant on the 1100 block of S. Highway 395 #B17 and charged with felony probation violation.
June 8: Dwayne Larry Brown, 46, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with hit and run – property.
June 8: Luis Fernando Ruiz-Perez, 31, was arrested on Highland Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol, hit and run – property, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS), driving uninsured, and operation of an unsafe vehicle.
June 8: Jessamen Myshel Elwood, 33, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
June 7: Kasha Leann Kobasa, 33, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and N.W. Fifth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor.
June 6: Christopher Lee Helman, 46, was arrested on the 900 block of E. McKenzie Avenue and charged with unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
June 6: Garron Dean Anderson, 25, was cited and released on the 1700 block of N. First Street for DUII – alcohol and misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
June 6: Devin Raymond Kammerzell, 24, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with strangulation (simple assault) and fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
June 6: Brian James Lee, 31, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with felony probation violation.
June 5: Jennifer Lee Drake, 38, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of S.E. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, and felony failure to appear.
June 5: Aaron Campos, 27, was arrested on a warrant near W. Hermiston Avenue and S.W. Sixth and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
June 4: Breanna Nicole Lee Schell, 33, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 4: Jose Luis Andrade, 49, was arrested on a warrant on the 70 block of N.E. Alora Drive and charged with felony warrant arrest or citation.
June 4: Amber Danielle Gomez, 37, was arrested on a warrant at Popeyes Chicken and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
June 3: Kallie Dawn Lowry, 19, was arrested on the 600 block of W. Park Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
June 3: Christopher Jacob Pruitt, 32, was arrested near W. Highland Avenue and S.W. Seventh Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 3: Adrianna Olivia Burmester, 21, was arrested on the 79300 block of Prindle Loop Road and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked, felony probation violation, and misdemeanor probation violation.
June 2: Tasha Renee Rasco, 34, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of S.E. Sixth Street #22 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
June 2: Miguel Angel Ramirez, 46, was arrested on a warrant near W. Madrona Avenue and Ridgeway Village and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 1: Brian Scott Issel Baggett, 33, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
June 1: Tayla Jeaninne Wallace, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 1: Samantha Olvera Vivanco, 26, was arrested on the 1300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 1: Aaron Josue Herrera, 36, was arrested on a warrant near S. Highway 395 and Campbell and charged with parole/LSA violation.
