The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 27: Mark Allen Hernandez, 41, was cited and released on the 400 block of E. Newport Avenue for third-degree theft less than $100 (theft of bicycle) and misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 27: Catarina Andres Mateo, 29, was arrested near N.W. 11th Street and W. Hartley Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 27: Azellya Kaylee Carlson, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 27: Brandon Jesus Arroyo Carrasco, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of S.E. Second Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 26: Doroteo Deleon Rodarte, 71, was arrested on the 1900 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with hit and run – property.
June 26: Gerardo Rodriguez Hechavarria, 30, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 26: Victoria Landeros, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 1100 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 26: Kamile Morales, 21, was arrested on the 1200 block of S.E. Fourth Street Apartment #12 and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
June 25: Elvert Julian Jimenez, 23, was arrested on a warrant near E. Theater Lane and N.E. Fourth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 25: David Eric Foreman, 52, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 24: Roberta Lynn Michaelis, 54, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 23: Freda Allen Hiatt, 82, was arrested on the 1500 block of S.W. Riverhill Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
June 23: Christopher Lee Helman, 46, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with violation of release agreement.
June 23: Isaiah Ray Costello, 26, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place and charged with second-degree theft $101-$1,000 (other).
June 22: Berenice Sarai Alvarez Ramirez, 25, was arrested on the 200 block of S.W. Third Street for Criminal Trespass in the second degree.
June 22: Sadie Ann Frederickson, 25, was arrested near E. Wilshire and E. Reeder and charged with DUII – alcohol.
June 21: Truman Loyd Chamberlin, 28, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
June 21: Trevor Joe Clark, 36, was arrested near N. Highway 395 and Punkin Center Road and charged with DUII – controlled substance.
June 21: Nathaniel James Morris, 28, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with hit and run – property.
June 21: Roberto Esteban Francisco, 45, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Fourth Street 1A and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault), menacing (simple assault), and failure to appear – bench warrant.
