The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 11: Abinadi Munoz, 25, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
March 11: Dailisbet Lopez Castillo, 28, was cited and released on the 300 block of S. First Place for second-degree criminal trespass.
March 10: Holly Ann Griggs, 35, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
March 10: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 33, was cited and released at the Stanfield Police Department for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 10: William Richard Walker IV, 20, was arrested near N.E. Second Street and E. Main Street and charged with warrant – arrest by peace officer.
March 9: Cody Ray Taylor, 32, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 9: Joe Drinkwater, 54, was arrested on the 1500 block of N. First Street and charged with felony unlawful possession of heroin, misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of marijuana 21+ YOA, driving uninsured, and operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS).
March 9: Xavier Michael Rodriguez, 33, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I.
March 9: Jessica Ibarra, 39, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 8: Christopher Allen Cooley, 42, was arrested near W. Dogwood and N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 8: Eleazar Madrigal Mendoza, 66, was arrested on a warrant near N. First Place and W. Standard and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 8: Luis Enrique Zamarripa Grimaldo, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with unlawful use of a weapon (shooting in a prohibited area), second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), and second-degree disorderly conduct.
March 7: Veronica Rosales, 18, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS) and DUII – alcohol.
March 7: Travis Arlen Landon, 31, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and first-degree criminal trespass.
March 7: Jose Alberto Juan Pablo, 27, was arrested on the 1000 block of W. Juanita Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol and misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
March 7: Robyn Lynn Zook, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 7: Rebecca Nichole Neff, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 7: Mathew Allen Dean White, 18, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
March 7: Erik Vera, 29, was arrested on a warrant near N.W. Sixth Street and W. Ridgeway and charged with felony probation violation and third-degree escape.
March 1: Kayson Joshua Hackett, 21, was arrested on the 600 block of S. First Street and charged with unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, interfering with making a report, reckless driving, and first-degree criminal trespass.
