The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 24: Mark Allen Hernandez, 40, was arrested near N.W. Second Street and W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with warrant – arrest by peace officer.
March 23: Gloria E. Tejeda, 29, was cited and released near E. Gladys and N.E. Fourth Street for DUII – alcohol and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
March 23: Akeem D. Harbor, 35, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (less than $100) other.
March 23: Gordy Eugene Ingram, 46, was arrested near Lind Road and Union Street and charged with two counts of restraining order violation and fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
March 23: Manuel Contreras Torres, 34, was arrested on the 700 block of Seventh Street and charged with aggravated murder (attempted), first-degree assault, and hit and run – injury.
March 22: Trevor James Heath, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, giving false information to law enforcement, and third-degree theft (less than $100) other.
March 22: Josephine Elizabeth Tyler, 27, was arrested on a warrant near W. Juanita Avenue and N.W. Ninth Street and charged with felony probation violation.
March 22: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 33, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 22: Antonio Michael Galvan, 52, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 21: Laura Elena Estrada Solano, 38, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 21: Christian Geovanny Lara Garcia, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 21: Ramon Espain Torres, 36, was arrested near W. Orchard and S. Highway 395 and charged with DUII – alcohol and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
March 21: Albert Almaguer, 66, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 21: Eva Delgado Fernandez, 61, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 21: Heather Michelle Baker, 40, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with felony failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I (unclassified misdemeanor) and misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 21: Jefrin Alexander Rodriguez Ocampo, 38, was cited and released on the 900 block of W. Eskimo Drive for second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
March 21: Ryan Andrew Crites, 27, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other) and second-degree criminal trespass.
March 20: Timothy Allan Kelly, 33, was arrested on the 1000 block of E. Theater Lane and charged with restraining order violation and misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
March 19: Destiny Rose Wohlcke, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine, first-degree criminal trespass, and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
March 19: Kurtis Edward Paine, 42, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I.
