The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 31: Trinidad Medelez Garcia, 57, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 31: Laurie Dawn Merrell, 54, was arrested on the 800 block of E. Autumn Avenue and charged with felony probation violation and second-degree child neglect.
March 31: Jesus J. Mendoza Moreno, 36, was arrested near S.E. Fourth Street and Quince Avenue and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
March 30: Johann Jeffrey Kubishta, 25, was arrested on the 200 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 30: Jeffery Allen Brooks, 31, was arrested on the 200 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with contempt of court.
March 29: Alejandro Escalera, 28, was arrested on the 1100 block of N. First Street and charged with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor failure to appear, and possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I (Vio).
March 29: Chase Albert Fritz, 25, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Hurlburt and charged with second-degree assault.
March 29: Baustun Alan Burgin, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
March 29: Basilio Matias Carrillo, 40, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
March 28: Pedro Diaz Andres, 49, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with DUII – alcohol, careless driving, and following too close.
March 28: Ian Saie Galvan, 19, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 28: James Joseph Stidham, 25, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
March 27: Artemio Calmo Pablo, 22, was arrested on the 800 block of W. Quince Avenue and charged with open container, driving while suspended/revoked violation, and DUII – alcohol.
March 26: Jade Rebecca Carden, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 400 block of S.W. 11th Street #55 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 25: Nathan Daniel Ramsey, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of W. Juniper Avenue #77 and charged with warrant – arrest by a peace officer.
March 25: Julian Eduardo Hernandez Murguia, 20, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Fifth Street and charged with unlawful use of a weapon (other), menacing (intimidation/threat), and tampering with a witness.
March 25: Christopher Thomas Kalal, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of W. Juniper Avenue #86 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
March 24: James Joseph Stidham, 25, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
March 24: Justin Lee Matteson, 45, was arrested on the 500 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked and driving uninsured.
March 23: Gordy Eugene Ingram, 46, was arrested near Lind Road and Union Street and charged with restraining order violation.
