The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 17: Neal Thomas Johnson, 47, was arrested on the 1600 block of W. Sunland Avenue #L7 and charged with menacing (intimidation/threat).
April 17: Robin Magallanes, 28, was arrested on a warrant near E. Hurlburt Avenue and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
April 17: Mariah Rose Mckeever, 33, was arrested on a warrant on the 500 block of E. Main Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 16: Hayden A. Choate, 18, was arrested on the 400 block of W. Elm Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
April 16: Michelle Ruthanne Hensley, 56, was arrested on a warrant at Theater Sports Park and charged with felony failure to appear.
April 15: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 24, was arrested near S.E. Seventh Street and E. Newport Avenue and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I, misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 15: Robert James Kessel, 50, was arrested near E. Theater Lane and Alora Drive and charged with DUII – alcohol and misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
April 15: Jeffrey Lee Jones, 47, was arrested on the 50 block of E. Theater Lane and charged with DUII – alcohol.
April 15: Christian Geovanny Lara Garcia, 24, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
April 14: Ralph Allen Gibbs, 55, was arrested on a warrant on the 400 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 13: Shawn Douglas Trotti, 34, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with hit and run – property.
April 13: Sosena A. Rodriguez, 24, was arrested on the 1600 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
April 12: Clifford Leroy Martin, 78, was arrested on the 1300 block of S.W. 16th Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
April 12: Logan Charles Wilson, 26, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor.
April 12: Jose Enrique Cota Domingo, 30, was arrested near Highway 395 and Highway 730 and charged with DUII – alcohol, hit and run – property, reckless driving, reckless endangering, second-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism), and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
