There’s going to be a party at the Hermiston Public Library on Monday, Dec. 16 – and not just any old party.
Kids attending the Cookie Party from 5 to 7 p.m. will not only get to decorate a cookie, play games, and make a special holiday craft to take home; they’ll also be visiting with Cookie Monster.
