John S. Partlow of Hermiston died on Feb. 5, 2014 in Boardman at the age of 64.
He was born on Dec. 22, 1949 in Indianapolis, Ind., to Delbert Sr. and Mary Gregory Partlow. John has been a longtime resident of Hermiston. He had worked in construction for many years.
