The most recent order from Oregon Gov. Kate Brown in response to the coronavirus includes the closure of outdoor recreation facilities.
In compliance with this order, the Hermiston School District is closing all athletic fields, tracks, tennis courts, and elementary school playgrounds to the public.
Students in grades 7 through 12 may request a language arts and/or math class through Hermiston Online by sending an email request to homeprogram@hermistonsd.org.
These support materials are meant to help students practice skills and are not intended to take the place of their regular school courses. These classes will not be graded nor will go on a transcript.

Meals
The district will continue to provide breakfast and lunch to all children age 18 and under throughout the school closure. Bus routes continue to evolve as stops are added. If you or your child is having trouble accessing the meals, please send an email to homeprogram@hermistonsd.org.
