Hermiston School District schools will assist parents with on-line registration/renewal of information, weekdays from July 30-August 10.
Elementary and middle schools will have staff and computers available from 8-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-3 p.m. Hermiston High School parents and students may drop in Aug. 13-17 from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. to register and pay applicable student fees.
Students returning to Hermiston schools will receive a letter in the mail which includes a snapcode specific to the student. Utilizing the snapcode, parents can login to the student’s account to update physical/mailing address, emergency contact and other information.
Kindergarten and new students need to visit the district website to begin the registration process, but must follow up with a visit to the school in order to submit a record of their birth, proof of residence/physical address, health record, previous report cards or transcripts. If there are legal documents (e.g. custody) pertaining to the student, the parent/guardian should provide a copy to the school.
Hermiston School District open houses will take place on Thursday, Aug. 23. Elementary schools will be open from 5:30-6:30 p.m.; middle schools from 6:30-7:30 p.m.; and the high school from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Parents are encouraged to meet all the partners in their child’s educational journey.
