The city of Hermiston is looking for local artists to help design a cutout portrait display for the Latino Heritage section of the new Funland Playground.
The display will be 4-6 feet tall and will be a long-term feature in the playground. Artists of any age may submit a digital or physical entry. For entry requirements and submission instructions, visit the city’s website. Entries are due by Tuesday, Dec. 15.
