Brok D. Palmer died on Feb. 6, 2017 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 17.
He was born on Feb. 28, 1999 in Hermiston.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
A celebration of life potluck gathering will follow at noon at The Pheasant Restaurant, 139 E. Main St., Hermiston.
