Dorotha E. “Dottie” Stephenson of Hermiston died on March 1, 2017 in Hermiston at the age of 77.
She was born on April 13, 1939 in Alamogordo, N.M. to Olin and Elna McGinn Weems.
A graveside service will be held at the Hermiston Cemetery.
