Hermiston's Hazel Alford Passes Away at 92

Hazel M. “Hap” Alford of Hermiston died on March 16, 2015 in Hermiston at the age of 92.

She was born on Aug. 19, 1922 in Mount Vernon, Ore.

A private family gathering will be held.
