Joseph E. “Joe” Burns, longtime Hermiston resident, died on Feb. 5, 2015 at his home in Hermiston surrounded by his family at the age of 90.
He was born on Feb. 1, 1925 in Portland to parents, John William “Bill” and Mae Hanna Burns.
