Kenneth L. Costin of Hermiston died on Dec. 5, 2016 at Kennewick, Wash., at the age of 85.
He was born on May 15, 1931 in Opheim, Mont., to William and Mayme Davidson Costin.
A private family gathering will be held. A private burial will take place in Hinsdale, Mont.
