Elizabeth A. “Liz” Day died on Nov. 28, 2016 at her home in Hermiston at the age of 79.
She was born on April 24, 1937 in Havana, Kansas to Arthur and Velda Brooks Rayl.
A celebration of Life service is planned for Friday, Dec. 30, 2016 – time to be announced – at the First United Methodist Church in Hermiston.
