Nicholas L. “Nick” Phillips died on June 22, 2017 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 76.
He was born on Jan. 31, 1941 in Baker City to Donald and Gertrude Karp Phillips.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel in Hermiston.
Burial with military honors will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
