Noe D. Valdez of Hermiston died on Dec. 11, 2016 in Richland, Wash., at the age of 69.
He was born on Sept. 8, 1947 in Mexico.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 16, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the First Christian Church, 775 W. Highland Ave., Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
