Sidney O. Van Schoiack, 88, of Hermiston, died on Wednesday April 22, 2015 at the Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston.
He was born on July 12, 1926 in Heppner.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday April 25, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Heppner Masonic Cemetery in Heppner.
Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
