The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department and Rogers Toyota of Hermiston will present Treats on Main on Monday, Oct. 31.
Children and their parents are invited to trick or treat on Main Street from 3 to 5 p.m. Afterwards, the children can stop by the Hermiston Conference Center for Halloween-themed fun including a haunted house, a carnival, bounce houses, prizes and more. The conference center will be open for fun from 4 to 7 p.m.
