Good Shepherd Medical Center will offer a free presentation on diabetic retinopathy from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 10 in Conference Center 2.
Dr. Michael E. Deitz will explain what diabetic retinopathy is and how likely patients are to get it and how to minimize the risk of losing their vision because of it.
Deitz is a board certified ophthalmologist who has been in private practice for 30 years and has a strong interest in retinal and macular diseases, particularly in patients with diabetes.
