Hermiston police officers arrested four teenagers Saturday on drug charges.
According the Hermiston Police Department, officers spotted the four Boardman teens inside a vehicle near the Hermiston Conference Center allegedly smoking marijuana from a glass bong.
Joel De Jesus Llamas, 18, was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 14-year-old was charged with carrying a concealed weapon (knife) and possession of drug paraphernalia, while both a 15- and 16-year-old were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The juveniles were released to their respective parents.
