The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 12: Ernesto Mendoza, 26, was arrested on a warrant near N. First Place and W. Elm Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 12: Daniel Jaime Diaz, 42, was arrested near W. Elm and N. First Place and charged with DUII – controlled substance and driving while suspended or revoked violation.
March 11: Todd Robert Barclay, 46, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 11: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Main Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 11: Christopher Jeremy Garcia, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and punitive contempt of court.
March 11: Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 11: Alyssa Casey Harvill, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 10: Juan Carlos Ochoa, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
March 10: Kyle Lynn Olson, 31, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Reeder Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
March 10: Dustyn Joseph Lee Janssen, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 10: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 23, was arrested on a warrant near E. Beebe and N. McNary Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 9: Byron N. Thompson, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 9: Tausha Lynn Patterson, 34, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and first-degree criminal trespass.
March 8: Kimberly Gale Brown, 39, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 8: Aaron Campos, 25, was arrested on a warrant near S. Highway 395 and E. Highland Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
