The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 17: Victoria F. Pablo Mendoza, 20, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 17: Jacob Jessie Solis, 33, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton and charged with fraud by credit card (counterfeit/forgery) and identity theft.
March 16: Robert Earl Grigsby, 30, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 16: Adela Barrientos Lazcano, 42, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
March 16: Jose Gerardo Mendoza Guzman, 34, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
March 16: Gladis Denise Torres, 30, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
March 16: Horacio Flores Salas, 29, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Main Street and charged with reckless endangering and unlawful use of a weapon (shooting in a prohibited area).
March 15: Francisco Garcia Carrillo, 42, was arrested on the 600 block of E. Sunset Drive and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
March 15: Mark Robert Macauley, 55, was arrested on the 700 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with interfering with a peace officer, resisting arrest (disorderly conduct), driving while suspended or revoked violation, and failure to carry proof of insurance.
March 15: Esmeralda Ceniceros Padilla, 38, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 15: Daniel Michael Steven Long, 35, was cited and released on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street for warrant – arrest by peace officer.
March 14: Cesar Corcuera Jimenez, 33, was arrested on the 600 block of E. Main Street and charged with felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, DUII – controlled substance, and felony probation violation.
March 14: Cameron James Sturtevant, 19, was cited and released on the 1100 block of S. Highway 395 B11 for third-degree theft (less than $100) other.
March 14: Ruben Flores Juarez, 58, was arrested on the 1100 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
March 13: Julio Rodriguez Padilla, 54, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
