The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 25: Russell Norman Findley, 43, was arrested near the intersection of S.W. 11th Street and W. Highland Avenue and charged with DUII (alcohol).
Aug. 23: Malachi D. Siler, 21, was arrested on W. Beebe Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 23: Miriah Ann Withers Elwell, 29, near S. Orchard and S.W. Seventh Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and felony probation violation.
Aug. 22: Aaren Antheny Rivera Barrera, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N.W. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation, first-degree criminal trespass, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 22: Zachary Paul Masters, 33, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and S.W. Second Street and charged with felony probation violation.
Aug. 22: Julio Juan Cristobal, 33, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and S.W. Seventh Street and charged with DUII (alcohol) and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 22: Nathaniel James Rambel, 21, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Aug. 21: Shawn Leslie Vickers, 62, was arrested near S.W. Cottonwood Drive and S.W. Third Street and charged with being a futitive.
Aug. 21: Rachel Marie Cruz, 26, was arrested near S.W. Cottonwood Drive and S.W. Third Street and charged with failure to appear.
Aug. 21: Anthony Zaul Andrade, 22, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Fifth Street and charged misdemeanor failure to appear and contempt of court.
Aug. 21: Abigail Elizabeth Thompson, 22, was arrested near S.E. Fifth Street and E. Pine and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Aug. 20: Cindy Lee Fisher, 33, was arrested near E. Newport Avenue and N.E. Fourth Street and charged with felony probation violation.
Aug. 19: Harold Lloyd White, 47, was arrested near S.E. Fourth Street and E. Tamarack and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, carrying concealed weapons and menacing.
Aug. 18: Charles Durward Drake, 50, was arrested on the 1000 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with contempt of court.
Aug. 17: Xavier Michael Rodriguez, 29, was arrested on near S.E. Fourth Street and E. Pine and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 17: Alan James Griffin, 42, was arrested on the 1600 block of N. First Street and charged with violation of stalking order, misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
