The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 6: Leon Nickolas Diego, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 1200 block of S.W. 12th Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 6: Heinrich Joseph Padberg, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 6: Mark David Borghese, 58, was cited and released at the Umatilla Police Department for first-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000).
April 3: German Mendoza, 30, was arrested near E. Gladys and N.E. Fourth Street and charged with DUII – alcohol, refusing to take breath test, and careless driving.
April 3: Mitchell Charles Harmon, 30, was arrested near W. Madrona and N.W. Fifth Street and charged with misuse of 9-1-1.
April 1: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 53, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of N.E. Second Street and charged with contempt of court.
April 1: Shannon Marie Boede, 40, was arrested on a warrant near S.E. Fourth Street and E. Quince Avenue and charged with felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.
April 1: Trinidad Medelez Garcia, 56, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 30: Trista Catherine Dexter, 40, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
March 30: Willie Lee McLemore, 56, was arrested near N.E. McNary Street and E. Beebe Avenue and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 29: Miguel Francisco Garcia Andres, 29, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Madrona #A and charged with second-degree assault.
March 28: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.
March 27: Natalia Arroyo-Arzate, 50, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with two counts of third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
March 26: Brooke Elaine Miller, 33, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
March 26: Adam Wesley Stilson, 44, was arrested near W. Angus Avenue and S.W. 11th Street and charged with unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, identity theft, second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) – theft from a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism), and fraud by credit card (credit card/ATM).
