The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 19: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 23, was cited and released on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue for second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) – theft of bicycle.
April 18: Byron N. Thompson, 22, was arrested on the 200 block of N.E. Second Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 18: Rodrigo Lucas Juan De Dios, 19, was arrested near E. McKinney and First Street and charged with driving while suspended or revoked violation, unlawful or unsignaled turn, and DUII – controlled substance.
April 17: Kristina Kellie Valdez, 34, was arrested on the 1000 block of N.E. Madrona Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault) and harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
April 17: Pedro Juan Mateo, 20, was cited and released near N.W. 12th and W. Ridgeway for DUII – alcohol, hit and run – property, and operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS).
April 17: Devina Victoria Monreal, 21, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 17: Kasha Leann Kobasa, 31, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
April 16: Alyssa Casey Harvill, 25, was arrested on the 1200 block of N. First Street and charged with computer crime, identity theft, and fraud by credit card (credit card/ATM).
April 16: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 16: Brandon Hammons, 33, was cited and released on the 400 block of N. First Place for DUII – alcohol.
April 16: Ernesto Mendoza, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of N.E. Second Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 15: Eduardo Irvin Moreno, 32, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
April 15: Alyssa Casey Harvill, 25, was arrested on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 14: Miguel Valdez Garcia, 26, was cited and released on the 1200 block of N. First Street for second-degree criminal trespass.
April 14: Camron Tyler Perkins, 20, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
