The following are recent arrests by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 24: Matthew Hayden Thomas Kinswa, 20, was arrested on the 300 block of N. First Place and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
April 24: Trent Chavez, 40, was arrested on the 900 block of S.E. Columbia Drive and charged with two counts of restraining order violation, identity theft, and first-degree forgery.
April 24: Audrey Lynn Harshman, 43, was arrested on the 2300 block of N. First Street and charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation.
April 22: Eduardo Irvin Moreno, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
April 21: Jesus Candilido Yzaguirre, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 1700 block of N.E. North Street and charged with felony probation violation.
April 21: Elizabeth Kay Baker, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 1700 block of N.E. North Street and charged with felony failure to appear, misdemeanor failure to appear, first-degree burglary (other structures), and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) theft from building.
April 20: Hermalinda Mendoza Pablo, 19, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
April 20: Tyler Sidwell, 18, was arrested on Harkenrider Court and charged with restraining order violation and fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
April 20: Mariah Rose McKeever, 32, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 20: Kimberlie Denise Tickerhoff, 52, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Aspen Drive and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
April 20: Josue Antonio Romero, 46, was arrested near N. First Street and E. Catherine Avenue and charged with first-degree forgery, identity theft, false information (fraud/deception), DUII – alcohol, and reckless driving.
April 19: Edgar Munoz Diaz, 18, was arrested near E. Elm Avenue and N.E. Fourth Street and charged with DUII – alcohol and reckless driving.
April 19: Jamie Inez Gregory, 48, was arrested on the 400 block of N. First Street and charged with hit and run – injury and reckless driving.
April 19: Andrea R. Preciado, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
April 19: Samantha Daun Irwin, 29, was cited and released on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton for second-degree criminal trespass.
