The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
May 3: Marcus Thomas Rhorer, 43, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 3: Raven Dawn Newton, 28, was arrested at the bottle drop and charged with hit and run – property.
April 30: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 32, was cited and released on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
April 30: Hugo Ochoa Sanchez, 34, was arrested on a warrant near W. Ridgeway and N.W. Fifth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 29: Trent Allen Douglas, 59, was arrested near W. Dogwood Avenue and N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol and reckless driving.
April 29: Richard Charles Davis, 23, was arrested on the 1000 block of S.W. 11th Street #112 and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
April 28: Joshua Michael Altizer, 28, was arrested on the 200 block of W. Harper Road and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
April 27: Ireland Raeanne Martin, 19, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
April 27: Lane James Wilhelm, 24, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
April 26: Daniel James Moyer, 64, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
April 26: Alejandra Tejeda, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
April 26: Raul Pablo Gomez, 34, was arrested near S.W. 11th Street and W. Highland Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
April 25: Marcel Isabel Saenz, 29, was arrested near W. Cherry Avenue and N.W. Spruce Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 25: Noel Diego Mendoza, 24, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Beebe Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol, refusing to take breath test, and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.
April 24: Tyson Anthony Winker, 46, was arrested on the 2300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft over $1,000 (other).
