The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
May 18: Anthony James Lott, 34, was arrested near E. Hurlburt Avenue and S.E. Sixth Street and charged with two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 18: John Jacob VanSwoll, 39, was arrested on a warrant near N.W. Third and W. Standard and charged with felony probation violation, felony failure to appear, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 17: Justin D. Connell, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, second-degree theft $101-$1,000 (other), and first-degree criminal trespass.
May 17: James Joseph Stidham, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 500 block of S.E. Seventh Street and charged with felony probation violation.
May 17: Jonah Cadel Howard, 28, was arrested on the 200 block of S.W. Third Street and charged with first-degree rape (forcible), first-degree kidnapping (additional purpose), and first-degree sodomy (non-forcible sodomy).
May 17: Cathryn Leeann Bowden, 55, was cited and released on the 200 block of Klickitat Street, Umatilla for restraining order violation.
May 16: Nicholas Andrew Draper, 32, was arrested on the 1400 block of N.E. Madrona and charged with reckless endangering, reckless burning, second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), second-degree disorderly conduct, and fireworks offense (other).
May 16: Jessie J. Grigsby, 50, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 16: Gregory Lewis Canselo, 27, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Cherry and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 16: Keri Mae Kordatzky, 37, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 15: Lennon Benjamin Ferrier, 18, was cited and released near N.W. Geer and W. Harper Road for DUII – alcohol.
May 14: Amanda Renee Cazares, 38, was arrested on a warrant near E. Highland and S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and contempt of court.
May 14: Jazzmine Rose Rippy, 22, was arrested near W. Dogwood Avenue and N.W. Spruce Street and charged with three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 14: Adam Ben Cooley, 43, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
May 14: Raymond Frank Rice, 45, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with warrant – arrest by a peace officer.
