The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 28: Hayley Lynn Hutton, 46, was arrested on the 1400 block of N.E. Sandstone Avenue and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
June 26: Richard Keith Fisler, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 26: Roger William Shipley, 57, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with failure to appear – bench warrant and parole/LSA violation.
June 26: Roger Kelly Quinn, 54, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
June 25: Justin D. Connell, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 25: Reba Marie Carter, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree trespass.
June 25: Alicia Janette Clark, 34, was cited and released on the 100 block of W. Cherry for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
June 25: Jazzmine Rose Rippy, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 1800 block of N.W. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 25: Carrie Lynn Marshall, 30, was cited and released on the 400 block of S.E. Eighth Street for two counts of second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 24: Alysia Garcia, 25, was arrested on the 0 block of Aloha Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
June 24: Justan Michael Krieger, 34, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 23: Silverio Matias Ramirez, 31, was arrested on a warrant near W. Elm and N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 23: Jennifer Ramirez Canchola, 28, was arrested on the 1500 block of N.E. Eighth Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault).
June 22: Dillan Drake Massey, 33, was arrested on a warrant on the 400 block of S.W. 11th Street apartment 55 and charged with parole/LSA violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 22: Maria Guadalupe Sellers, 57, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
