The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
July 5: Luis Abraham Contreras, 29, was arrested near W. Elm and N.W. 11th and charged with restraining order violation.
July 4: Tony Lee Gutierrez, 40, was arrested on the 2100 block of Eucalyptus Drive and charged with fireworks offense (other).
July 4: Justin Chester Van Wormer, 51, was cited and released on the 500 block of E. Rosa for fireworks offense (other).
July 4: Carlos Ismael Cervantes, 30, was arrested on the 800 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with fireworks offense (other).
July 4: Isac Rodriguez Solis, 21, was arrested on the 600 block of W. Standard Avenue and charged with fireworks offense (other).
July 4: John Whitney Shaver, 77, was cited and released on the 800 block of W. Alder Avenue and charged with fireworks offense (other).
July 4: William Felipe, 44, was arrested on the 1700 block of N.E. North Street and charged with fireworks offense (other).
July 4: Brian Allen Mack, 48, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
July 4: Anthony Lino Ruelas, 19, was arrested on the 1000 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with felony manufacture, import, sale and transfer of an undetectable firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
July 4: Mitchell Charles Harmon, 30, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with first-degree theft over $1,000 (other), second-degree burglary (business), and unlawful possession of a firearm.
July 4: Aaron Campos, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer and second-degree criminal trespass.
July 3: Romero Saenz Jr., 27, was arrested on a warrant near N.E. Third Street and E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with felony failure to appear.
July 3: Amber Marie Carlson, 29, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with third-degree sexual abuse (physical molestation).
July 2: Jade Rebecca Carden, 26, was arrested at Big Lots and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
July 2: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 33, was arrested on the 1800 block of N.W. Sixth Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and second-degree criminal trespass.
