The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 20: Brian Harold Seelye, 33, was arrested on the 900 block of N.W. Stockton Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Sept. 20: Malachi D. Siler, 21, was arrested near Juanita Avenue and N.W. Ninth Street misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 20: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 50, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Montana Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 18: Rocael Calmo Jeronimo, 22, was arrested on the 100 block of N.E. Seventh Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 18: Erik Alberto Alvarado, 26, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with DUII (alcohol) and driving without a license.
Sept. 18: Gregorio Barbosa Aguilar, 36, was arrested near S.W. Seventh and W. Highland Avenue and charged with failure to carry or present a license.
Sept. 18: Homberto Luis Lopez, 23, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Sandstone Avenue and charged with DUII (alcohol).
Sept. 16: James Dean Johnson Jr., 35, was arrested in the Dairy Queen parking lot on N. First Street and charged with speed racing, and DUII (alcohol).
Sept. 16: Desireee Laureen Brown, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Sept. 16: Michael Anthony Iles, 33, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Sept. 16: Isaac Trinidad Hernandez, 46, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Sept. 15: Iowa Blue Gallegos, 30, was arrested near W. Moore Avenue and S.W. Seventh Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Sept. 15: Janelle Kaye Heaps, 22, was arrested on the 1100 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 14: Juan Jimenez, JUAN, 28, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, and misdemeanor DWS/R.
