The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 2: Tammy Caron, 61, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 2: Jessie J. Grigsby, 50, was arrested on a warrant on the 1800 block of S. Highway 395 #14 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 1: Chadd Everett Mace, 39, was arrested on a warrant near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Catherine Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 1: Marie Cervantes, 26, was arrested on the 100 block of S.W. 10th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering.
Aug. 1: Leullah Nicole Hoover, 35, was arrested on the 100 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with giving false information (fraud/deception) and harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
July 31: Ireland Raeanne Martin, 20, was cited and released on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue for second-degree criminal trespass.
July 31: Lane James Wilhelm, 25, was arrested on the 100 block of N. First Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
July 30: Mason Reed Muth, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000) and carrying/possession of a concealed firearm.
July 30: Maria Gigi Inez, 30, was arrested on the 400 block of S.W. 11th Street #31 and charged with hit and run – property.
July 30: Anthony James Lott, 34, was arrested on a warrant on the 1400 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 29: Jamie Joseph Smith, 43, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with failure to report as a sex offender.
July 28: Benjamin Rojas-Moguel, 43, was arrested on the 400 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked, failure to carry proof of insurance, and violation of the speed limit.
July 27: Elisa Autumn Sayles, 43, was arrested on S.E. Sixth Street and charged with DUII – alcohol and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
July 26: Leon Nickolas Diego, 22, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault), second-degree disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 25: Weetah Loo Bear, 37, was arrested near E. Dogwood and N. McNary and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
