The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 5: Daniel Pascual, 26, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 12th Street and charged with third-degree assault (aggravated assault).
Aug. 5: Jesus Sebastian Francisco, 39, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 12th Street and charged with third-degree assault (aggravated assault).
Aug. 5: Jessica Elizabeth Munkers, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 5: Joel Malcom Salt, 34, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Harper Road and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 5: Shavon Lee-Onne Erickson, 25, was arrested on the 700 block of S.E. Sixth Street #106 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 5: Samantha Daun Irwin, 29, was arrested at the Hermiston Police Department and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Aug. 5: Samantha Daun Irwin, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of S.E. Sixth Street #106 and charged with parole/LSA violation, misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 4: Justin D. Connell, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 1200 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 4: Alejandro Bazan, 30, was arrested on the 2300 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – controlled substance.
Aug. 3: Juan Jose Macedo, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 3: Kelsey Aynne Brake, 38, was arrested on a warrant on the 1600 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft over $1,000 (other), misdemeanor failure to appear, and warrant – arrest by peace officer.
Aug. 3: Luis Abraham Contreras, 29, was arrested on the 400 block of Quail Court and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
Aug. 3: Justan Michael Krieger, 34, was arrested on a warrant near E. Newport Avenue and S.E. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 3: Ruben Abdias Lux Herrera, 18, was arrested on the 1200 block of N.W. Seventh and charged with DUII – alcohol and operating a vehicle without driving privileges (restrictions).
Aug. 2: Joshua Robert Alley, 36, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation and second-degree criminal trespass.
