The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 13: Nickolas Joseph North, 45, was arrested on a warrant near N. First and E. Jennie and was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 13: Brandon Macias Amezcua, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 13: Yasmine Arcelia Mendoza Castillo, 28, was arrested at Walmart and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 13: Shiloh J. Atabey Compare, 24, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Aug. 13: Sara Silva, 27, was arrested near S.W. 11th Street and W. Orchard Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 12: Rachel Doreen Haworth, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 11: Jose Orosco Cervantes, 26, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Eskimo Avenue and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault) and interfering with making a report.
Aug. 11: Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 44, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 11: Cecilia Lizett Moreno, 24, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Cherry and charged with felony probation violation.
Aug. 11: Sarahi Torres, 27, was arrested on the 800 block of W. Division Avenue and charged with hit and run – property.
Aug. 10: Amanda Renee Cazares, 38, was arrested on a warrant near N.W. 11th Street and W. Elm and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 10: Tasia Marie Longhorn, 29, was arrested on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with two counts of attempt to elude/flee.
Aug. 10: Estella Maria Trevino, 45, was arrested on a warrant near S.W. 11th Street and W. Orchard Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
Aug. 10: Mike Amaya Gonzalez, 29, was arrested on a warrant near W. Highland Avenue and S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 10: Azellya Kaylee Carlson, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
