The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 17: Rogelio Silva, 31, was arrested on a warrant near S.W. 11th Street and W. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 17: Luis Ramon Garcia, 28, was arrested near S.W. 11th Street and W. Highland Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 17: Liliana Marie Guzman, 24, was arrested near W. Oak Avenue and S.W. Sixth Street and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
Aug. 17: Bradley John Bettencourt, 35, was arrested near N.E. McNary and E. Beech Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 17: Matthew Louis Spargo, 41, was arrested at the Umatilla County Jail and charged with fraud by credit card (counterfeit/forgery) and identity theft.
Aug. 16: Elias Ahilon Bautista, 18, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with driving uninsured, hit and run – property, operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS), and driving uninsured.
Aug. 16: Jonathan Reed Crane, 38, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 16: Daniel Macias Morales, 29, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Orchard and charged with resisting arrest (disorderly conduct).
Aug. 16: Alexander Mejia Garcia, 23, was arrested on the 1000 block of S.W. Ninth Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault) and interfering with making a report.
Aug. 16: Carrie Lynn Marshall, 30, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Elm Avenue and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 14: Andres Marquez, 20, was arrested near S.E. 10th and E. Main and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Aug. 14: Jillian Renee Hamilton, 35, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 14: Lane James Wilhelm, 25, was arrested on the 0 block of W. Beebe Avenue and charged with violation of release agreement.
Aug. 14: Frank Pagaza Tamayo, 38, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 14: Ashley Joyce Floyd, 30, was arrested near W. Orchard Avenue and S.W. 11th Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
