The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 26: Pedro A. Martin Sebastian, 22, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment (A) offensive physical contact (disorderly conduct).
Aug. 26: Cindy Ranette Whitbeck, 52, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 26: Cody Allen Spradlin, 32, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with theft of services (less than $1,000).
Aug. 26: Cody Allen Spradlin, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with felony failure to appear, fourth-degree assault (simple assault), strangulation (simple assault), menacing (simple assault), and harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
Aug. 26: Jazzmine Rose Rippy, 23, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 26: Daniel Paul Alston, 55, was arrested on the 100 block of S.W. 10th Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Aug. 25: Tabitha June Ritzer, 41, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Aug. 25: Nicholas Andrew Draper, 32, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Aug. 25: Efren Castro Aguilar, 43, was arrested on the 600 block of N.E. Seventh Street and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Aug. 25: Jose Luis Cuevas Palacios, 55, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and Port Drive and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Aug. 25: Anthoni Angel Chavez Calderon, 24, was arrested on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Aug. 24: Devina Victoria Monreal, 22, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Jennie Avenue and charged with second-degree burglary (business), first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 24: Kennith Franklin Brown, 21, was arrested on the 800 block of E. Highland Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Aug. 24: Joseph Lee Swope, 43, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with attempt to elude/flee, felony failure to appear, resisting arrest (disorderly conduct), misdemeanor failure to appear, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Aug. 23: Christina Marie Rodriguez, 39, was arrested on the 1600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
