The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 6: Hermelindo Perez Santos, 27, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Sept. 6: Alyssa Casey Harvill, 25, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, impounded vehicle, driving uninsured, driving while suspended/revoked violation, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Sept. 5: Serina Marie Quintana, 23, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with DUII – controlled substance and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
Sept. 5: Dameon Nathaniel Creason, 33, was arrested on a warrant near E. Jennie and N.E. McNary Street and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer, possession of a controlled substance – Schedule 1 (unclassified misdemeanor), and unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor).
Sept. 5: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 30, was cited and released on the 100 block of W. Cherry for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Sept. 5: Rhonda Mona Scott, 50, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Theater Lane and charged with reckless driving, reckless endangering, and driving uninsured.
Sept. 3: Jamie Ann Heathman, 37, was arrested on the 1500 block of Sixth Street, Umatilla and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
Sept. 3: Bradley David Jaggers, 34, was arrested on the 500 block of W. Hartley Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Sept. 2: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 33, was arrested on a warrant near N. First and W. Beebe and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 2: Benjamin Rojas-Moguel, 43, was arrested on the 1500 block of E. Diagonal Boulevard and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked, and failure to obey a traffic control device.
Sept. 1: Todd Anthony Holgate, 60, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of N.E. Eighth Place and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Sept. 1: Blake Stewart Harris, 32, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with criminal conspiracy.
Sept. 1: James Lawrence Amergian Garrett, 33, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000) and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 1: Cesar Murillo-Villalobos, 22, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft over $1,000 (other).
Sept. 1: Alonso Martin Salvador, 49, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
