The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 20: Dustin Dale Rodriguez, 34, was arrested near E. Elm Avenue and N.E. 10th Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (aggravated assault).
Sept. 19: Isabella Marie Scroggins, 25, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie #78 and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Sept. 19: Miguel Francisco Garcia Andres, 30, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and E. Newport and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked, failure to install ignition interlock device, and violation of the speed limit.
Sept. 18: Tanisha Monique Lashay Williams, 35, was arrested on a warrant near S.E. Third and E. Hurlburt and charged with felony probation violation.
Sept. 18: Johann Jeffrey Kubishta, 25, was arrested near W. June and N.W. Spruce and charged with possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I (unclassified misdemeanor).
Sept. 18: Erik Ibarra, 18, was arrested on the 100 block of N.E. Second Street and charged with assaulting a public safety officer (aggravated assault), resisting arrest (simple assault), second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), menacing (disorderly conduct), and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Sept. 18: Mark Allen Hernandez, 40, was arrested at Bi-Mart and charged with offensive littering.
Sept. 17: Landon Wright Piel, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 17: Rodrigo Francisco Margarito, 26, was arrested on the 1600 block of Third Street and charged with violation of stalking order.
Sept. 17: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 53, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 17: Alejandro Escalera, 27, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with felony probation violation.
Sept. 16: Michelle Joy Welch, 21, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with felony probation violation, felony possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Sept. 15: LaVonne Avis Minthorn-Fairley, 38, was arrested on the 600 block of W. Oak Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Sept. 15: David Eric Foreman, 52, was arrested near S.W. Seventh and W. Division and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 15: Amelia Leeann Carlson, 43, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Catherine Avenue and charged with strangulation (aggravated assault).
