The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 5: Shelby Anne Tucker, 32, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 5: Shellene Caroline Sawyer, 43, was arrested on the 1000 block of N.E. Emerald Drive and charged with hit and run – injury, reckless driving, reckless endangering, and operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS).
Oct. 5: Kennith Franklin Brown, 21, was arrested near E. Hurlburt Avenue and S.E. Fifth Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Oct. 4: Jose Alvarez Solorzano, 70, was arrested on the 1000 block of E. Main and charged with hit and run – property and failure to carry proof of insurance.
Oct. 4: Cassidy Nichole Kelly, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Oct. 4: Delbert William Berreman, 60, was arrested at Walmart and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 4: Amanda Renee Cazares, 38, was arrested near W. Elm Avenue and N.W. Third Street and charged with misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 4: Rebecca Charlene Arzt, 37, was arrested on the 1100 block of S. First Street H1 and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Oct. 4: Ivan Ulicez Silva Ortega, 18, was cited and released on the 600 block of S. First Street for second-degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 4: Erik Vera, 28, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with two counts of second-degree burglary (business), two counts of first-degree theft over $1,000 (other), first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), second-degree forgery, and resisting arrest (disorderly conduct).
Oct. 3: Erik Vera, 28, was arrested on the 0 block of W. Cherry and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and theft by receiving.
Oct. 2: Jillian Renee Guerra, 35, was arrested at the Umatilla County Jail and charged with third-degree theft less than $100 (other) and fraud by credit card (credit card/ATM).
Oct. 1: Colton Duane Dyer, 34, was arrested on a warrant on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue and charged with violation of release agreement and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 1: Nicole Jean Walsh, 42, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, second-degree criminal trespass, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Oct. 1: Gregory Lewis Canselo, 27, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
