The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 11: Carlos Hidalgo, 47, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor, and second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 10: Alicia Janette Clark, 35, was arrested on a warrant on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 9: Luis Felipe Lopez, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 9: Erika Tlapanco, 30, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 9: Lane James Wilhelm, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.
Oct. 9: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft less than $100 (other).
Oct. 9: Joshua David Sauvie, 25, was arrested on the 600 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with first-degree theft over $1,000 (theft from building), first-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism), assault of a public safety officer (simple assault), aggravated harassment, and resisting arrest (simple assault).
Oct. 9: Toni Lynn Warnock, 62, was arrested at 7-Eleven and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 9: Tyler Scott Chriss, 31, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I, misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest (disorderly conduct), misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 7: Kasha Leann Kobasa, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 1600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 7: Victoria Landeros, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 1200 block of W. Linda Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
Oct. 7: Esmeralda Perez Sarabia, 30, was arrested on the 1100 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree child neglect.
Oct. 6: Kevin Shawn Chamberlain, 34, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor.
Oct. 6: Gerardo Rodriguez Hechavarria, 30, was arrested near W. Hartley Avenue and N. First Place and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked and misuse of special left turn lane.
Oct. 5: Santiago Garcia Andres, 30, was arrested near W. Juanita and N.W. Samantha and charged with DUII – alcohol and failure to carry or present license.
