The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Nov. 9: Vanessa Medelez, 41, was cited and released near S. First Street and W. Orchard Avenue for second-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 9: Landon Wright Piel, 32, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II (unclassified misdemeanor), unlawful possession of methamphetamine – unclassified misdemeanor, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 9: Andres Mendoza Pablo, 49, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Jennie Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Nov. 8: Ramona Aukusitina Canton, 29, was cited and released on the 600 block of W. Hemlock for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Nov. 8: Vanessa Bionca Solis, 31, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of W. Hemlock Avenue and charged with felony failure to appear.
Nov. 7: Logan Charles Wilson, 26, was arrested at Midway Bar and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Nov. 7: Jennifer Elizabeth Paluck, 20, was arrested at Walmart and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Nov. 7: Valentin Pedro, 22, was arrested at Walmart and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Nov. 7: Allison Hannah Petersen, 33, was arrested near E. Hurlburt Avenue and S. Highway 395 and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Nov. 7: Desany Le’Ann Ortega, 19, was arrested near W. Highland Avenue and W. Cedar Avenue and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
Nov. 6: America Denisse Jimenez, 22, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol, motor vehicle crash, and impounded vehicle.
Nov. 6: Juan Carlos Ochoa, 33, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 6: Anthony Mendieta Herrera, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with being a fugitive.
Nov. 5: Aisha Marlene Hernandez-Suarez, 19, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree robbery (business).
Nov. 5: Kionna Jade Idris, 20, was arrested on the 1600 block of W. Sunland Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
