The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Dec. 17: Kasha Leann Kobasa, 32, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. Spruce and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 17: Luis Ramon Garcia, 28, was arrested on the 1200 block of S.W. 11th Street Apartment 108 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 16: Ayvah Grace Rowcliffe, 21, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Dec. 15: Vincente Muniz, 47, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Dec. 15: Rogelio Felipe Almonte, 29, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Dec. 15: Christian Garcia Hernandez, 28, was arrested on a warrant on the 400 block of W. Hartley and charged with felony failure to appear.
Dec. 14: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 28, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with felony probation violation.
Dec. 13: Tristan Shivers Jonhson, 34, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Dec. 13: Delbert William Berreman, 60, was arrested on the 1700 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 13: Hiram Parker Paul Vickery, 62, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Browning Avenue and charged with first-degree burglary (residence), second-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism), and third-degree theft less than $100 (fraud – services/false pretenses).
Dec. 12: Eduardo Aguilar Aguilar, 34, was arrested near Umatilla River Road and N.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
Dec. 11: Brian DeWayne Simmons, 57, was arrested on the 100 block of S.W. 10th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 11: Mark David Borghese, 59, was cited and released on the 1000 block of S. Highway 395 for misdemeanor failure to appear and driving while suspended/revoked violation.
Dec. 11: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 33, was arrested near S.E. Fourth and E. Highland and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
Dec. 10: Axel Flores-Salas, 21, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Dogwood Avenue #A and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
Dec. 9: Robyn Lynn Zook, 43, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100), second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and first-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 9: Kerry Lynne Tassie, 56, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Dec. 9: Wayne Glenn Miller, 66, was arrested on the 900 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
