The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Nov. 20: Alex Morales Rodriguez, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft (shoplifting, $101-$1,000).
Nov. 17: Frank Owen Tallbuss, 42, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting, less than $100).
Nov. 17: Jose Antonio Rosales, 25, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Montana Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000).
Nov. 16: Tony Lee Richardson, 54, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Elm Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 14: Benjamin Muniz, 43, was arrested on the 1900 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 14: Ngoclan Hoang Nguyen, 38, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Nov. 13: Keifer Samuel Broadbent, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal. trespass.
Nov. 13: Luizinho Martinez Penaloza, 28, was arrested on Chinook Avenue and charged with violation of a restraining order and attempted strangulation.
Nov. 13: Guadalupe Velasquez Ramirez, 23, was arrested near W. Beech Avenue and N.W. Spruce Street and charged with hit and run (property), resisting arrest (disorderly conduct), driving without a license, driving uninsured and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Nov. 10: William Bell Jr., 70, was arrested on the 1100 block of N.W. Spruce Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 9: Andres Chales Lorenzo, 28, was arrested near S.W. Sixth Street and W. Park Avenue and charged with misdemeanor DWS/R and providing false information (fraud/deception).
