The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 1: Karen Citlaly Cortes Cruz, 27, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 28: Joshua Michael Mendenhall, 44, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 27: Jeffrey Louis Mertens, 57, was arrested at Panda Express and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 27: Timothy Sean Obrien, 41, was arrested near E. Beech Avenue and N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a weapon.
Feb. 27: Jessy M. Duran, 32, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II (unclassified misdemeanor).
Feb. 26: Mark Allen Hernandez, 40, was arrested on a warrant near S.W. 11th Street and W. Orchard Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 26: Liliana Marie Guzman, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 26: William Eugene Stolz, 51, was arrested on a warrant on the 600 block of S.E. Sixth Street #21 and charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II.
Feb. 26: William Eugene Stolz, 51, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Sixth Street #22 and charged with attempt to elude/flee and reckless driving.
Feb. 25: Mitchell Charles Harmon, 31, was arrested near W. Beech Avenue and N. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Feb. 25: Ashley May Clark , 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Feb. 25: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 28, was arrested on a warrant near W. June and N.W. Spruce Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and felony probation violation.
Feb. 24: Xavier Gene Sanders, 22, was arrested near E. Newport Avenue and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with attempt to elude/flee, unlawful possession of a firearm, reckless driving, unreasonable sound amplification, failure to yield entering a road, and failure to obey a traffic control device.
Feb. 24: Talan Edward Sidwell, 19, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 23: Farley Jason Charette, 62, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 22: Kurtis Edward Paine, 42, was arrested on the 400 block of N. First Street and charged with felon in possession of a weapon and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – Schedule I.
Feb. 22: Andronico Navarrete Muniz, 36, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Main Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 21: Ricardo Ceniceros, 26, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 21: Alvaro Saldana Salgado, 23, was arrested on the 300 block of S.E. Fifth Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Feb. 21: Alyssa Casey Harvill, 26, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
