The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Feb. 3: Jose maria Zavala, 19, was arrested on S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Feb. 2: Gerardo Venegas, 32, was arrested on the 1700 block of N.E. Eighth Street and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
Feb. 1: Jon David Hanna, 45, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 1: Octavio Gutierrez, 33, was arrested on the 1700 block of N.E. Fifth Street and charged with menacing.
Jan. 31: Pauline Mary Papineau, 81, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jan. 28: Roy Lozano, 30, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
Jan. 28: Juan Leon Deleon, 28, was arrested near W. Highland Avenue and S.W. 17th Street and charged with failure to carry or present a license, driving uninsured and failure to drive within a lane.
Jan. 27: Johnny Lee Peterson Jr., 35, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with hit-and-run (property), reckless driving, misdemeanor DWS/R, and resisting arrest.
Jan. 27: Tyler Joseph Morris, 23, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Orchard Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Jan. 27: Felix Alberto Nieves, 36, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with felony probation violation.
Jan. 26: Amelia Velasco Cortez, 35, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jan. 26: Kevan Walter Sadecki, 29, was arrested on the 700 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jan. 24: Jon David Hanna, 45, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Jan. 24: Anthony Wayne May, 29, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Catherine Avenue and charged with misdemeanor DWS/R, and use of prohibited lights.
Jan. 24: Pedro Alonzo Salvador Bacilio, 25, was arrested near N.W. 11th Street and W. Madrona Avenue and charged with causing a motor vehicle accident, DUII (alcohol), reckless driving, driving uninsured and DWS/R violation.
