The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Feb. 9: Marvin Oliver Campbell, 54, was arrested on the 600 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 9: Joleen Cecil Hart, 41, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Feb. 9: Aryia Diamon, 19, was arrested on the 1200 block of S.W. Sandy Drive and charged with menacing.
Feb. 9: Shandale Lynae Steadman, 30, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with offensive littering.
Feb. 9: Serenity Lynn Hulsey, 40, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 9: Cyrrus James Shaver, 20, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 9: Skyler Lee Kendrick, 27, was arrested on the 300 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree burglary of a business.
Feb. 6: Lorenso Rafael Espain, 27, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree shoplifting ($101-$1,000), and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 6: Haylee Marie Stafford, 33, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Feb. 6: Shandale Lynae Steadman, 30, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 6: Shandale Lynae Steadman, 30, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 5: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested on the 1700 block of N.E. Fourth Place and charged with a restraining order violation.
Feb. 5: Katie Rosalynn Lara, 18, was arrested on the 1400 block of S.W. Ninth Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Feb. 5: Jacob Richard Mack, 27, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault, second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) and third-degree robbery of a residence.
Feb. 5: Marcela Garcia Ortiz, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Feb. 4: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 25, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Feb. 4: Michael Von Vertrees, 45, was arrested on the 1200 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
